Managerial roles are a vital part of any Kings Camps! Roles include Regional Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, Kings Camps experience.
Skilled in team leadership, customer service and with a keen eye for detail, you’ll be responsible for establishing communications to your team, managing child safety on camp, and operational duties with support provided from our Head Office team.
You are the beating heart of our camps, bringing to life our mission of delivering an active, screen free week! Responsible for delivering a range of sporting activities and team building games, Multi Sports Coaches must have the Kings Factor; you’re committed to giving children a great experience, youthful, full of energy and a role model to the children you’re actively coaching. You don’t need to know every sport inside out, but you do need to be a team player, capable of supporting other Red Tops.
Similar to our Multi-Sports coach roles, the Key Stage One Coach, will work directly with our younger, age groups. You’ll need to ensure that the sporting activities and team building games you deliver, are age appropriate and that children are active, having fun and learning together.
Child safety is our number one priority and you’re responsible for the welfare of the children throughout the day.
We strive to help young people gain confidence in the water and learn a life skill. Swim Teachers are responsible for the planning and delivery of our water-based activities and work closely with Lifeguards who are responsible for the safety of the children with the rest of the team.
A typical day includes working with a number of groups, ages and abilities with sessions running throughout the day, dependent on venue. Find out more below.
